Northern Geelong Rental Housing Co-operative

LGA Homes Jobs Vic. Gov. Grant
Greater Geelong3 12 $950,000

We partnered with Northern Geelong Rental Housing Cooperative Ltd to deliver three 2-bedroom homes 7km from the Geelong CBD.

The co-operative also manages other homes in the area, and the new homes will allow them to make sure they're helping as many people as they can. These homes will allow existing renter-members to move into suitably sized homes, that better suit their current needs. This then frees up the larger homes to be rented to families and larger households.
