We are partnering with Uniting Housing Vic to deliver 44 new homes in Wangaratta. These homes will house up to 76 residents, and are due to be finished in late 2024.
These homes are suitable for families, singles and people living with disability – with a mix of one-, 2- and 3- bedroom units.
The design of these homes has considered the surrounding environment. The architectural design includes features designed to complement the neighbouring buildings.

Northern Geelong Rental Housing Co-operative
LGA | Homes | Jobs | Vic. Gov. Grant |
---|---|---|---|
Greater Geelong | 3 | 12 | $950,000 |
We partnered with Northern Geelong Rental Housing Cooperative Ltd to deliver three 2-bedroom homes 7km from the Geelong CBD.
The co-operative also manages other homes in the area, and the new homes will allow them to make sure they're helping as many people as they can. These homes will allow existing renter-members to move into suitably sized homes, that better suit their current needs. This then frees up the larger homes to be rented to families and larger households.
