Our Markham Avenue, Ashburton project is now complete, delivering new high quality, sustainable and accessible homes for Victorians who need them.

These 178 much needed public and affordable rental homes offer the right mix of housing solutions, giving renters the opportunity to be part of a local community and experience the quality of life that comes with expertly designed neighbourhoods.

Located just 12km from the city centre of Melbourne in the City of Boroondara, these homes sit adjacent to Gardener's Creek, extensive recreation reserves and playgrounds and close to education facilities, employment and transport.
