$739 million investment in partnership with leading Community Housing Agencies
Homes Victoria is getting on with the Big Housing Build, awarding almost $740 million in grants to 22 Community Housing Agencies.
The project, worth over $1 billion, will see the development of more than 2,300 homes across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
More than 9,000 jobs will be created across Victoria, with construction for all projects to commence in 2021.
The homes built under this program include larger multi-unit developments through to small-scale projects. Importantly, all of these projects will deliver social housing for Victorians on the Victorian Housing Register.
