We are delivering 250 new homes at Walker Street in Northcote to provide more high-quality, sustainable and accessible housing for the local community. The site is located only 5 km north of Melbourne's city centre and is ideally positioned close to public transport, services, jobs, parks and shops.

The Walker Street development will replace 87 social homes that did not meet modern design standards with 250 new homes, including 99 social homes and 151 market homes. New homes will include a mix of one-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms to better meet the needs of Victorian households and families, bringing a 14% uplift in social housing to the site.

The development will also provide better pedestrian connections to the Merri Creek and new high-quality spaces including, landscaped courtyards, a rooftop garden and a community room.
