We redeveloped the New Street, Brighton housing site to replace older-style housing with 291 modern new homes and high-quality public spaces.

The mix of social and market rental homes are well-designed and energy efficient, bringing a 19% uplift in social housing to the site with one-, 2- and 3- bedrooms to suit a range of families and households.

Delivered through an innovative Ground Lease Model, we are leasing the land to not-for-profit project partner Building Communities to manage and maintain for the next 40 years, enabling all land to remain in public ownership.

We completed the New Street redevelopment in early 2024 and residents have now settled into their new homes.
