• The project delivered 206 social and affordable housing homes, with a mix of one-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms. 
• Located just 6 km east of Melbourne's city centre, the Bills Street site is ideally positioned close to parks and gardens, shopping precincts, community services and local schools. 
• The Bills Street project includes improved open green spaces by providing a direct connection to Patterson Reserve, pocket parks, play spaces and resident barbeque facilities. 
• The project includes 8 disability accessible homes and has accessible features including paths, lifts and car parking. 
• Solar panels and Local Energy Network. 
• Each apartment has its own laundry space and private outdoor space 
• Accessible features to improve access and support ageing in place
