About the project
As part of the Regional Housing Fund, we’re building new social and affordable homes in Colac.
This project will see 50 new homes built on vacant land on Pound Road, located close to the town centre and retail, educational and community facilities.
The new homes will include a mix of one, 2 and 3-bedrooms and will be modern, energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable.
