Ana's Timorese fried rice and pork meatballs recipe

"This is a great meal to make for kids. I’ve been making meatballs for a long time. In Timor, we cook it a lot for meals and celebrations and pray for the past. It is very special, we have it for birthday parties and celebrations. The meaning of the meatball is family tradition. It’s a special meal and has value to the family."

- Ana
