Aboriginal Organisation decides to become a registered Housing Agency is the first step in this diagram.
There are 2 pathways the Aboriginal Organisation can follow:
- Pathway 1 is for individual Aboriginal Organisations that decide to become a Community Housing Agency
- Pathway 2 is for a partnership arrangement between an un-registered Aboriginal Organisation and a registered Community Housing Agency.
Both pathways consist of 3 phases with ongoing support from the Registrar through the phases:
- Phase 1 is the pre-registration phase
- Phase 2 is the registration phase
- Phase 3 is the post-registration and compliance phase
Completion of these 3 phases lead to registration.
